Kaleidescape, the first of its kind home entertainment server company founded by NetApp co-founder Michael Malcolm. And MOD Systems, a digital kiosk entertainment delivery service backed by Toshiba and NCR. Mark has contributed in board capacity to the CEA and worked closely with other video and entertainment technology industry consortiums including UltraViolet (DECE), the first cross-industry digital locker initiative which enabled digital content to be free of the walled garden and move across platforms and service providers.
